Recruitment Methodology

Chandler has developed a recruitment methodology based on years of research and theories. Simply, ‘past predicts future’. That is, learned behaviours and past performance will predict future performance and behaviour.

Initially, Chandler will compile a thorough analysis based on the needs and requirements of the position. This will form our assignment specification and will be used as a foundation for the recruitment process. An interview guide is developed consistent with behavioural competencies. This is used for both the phone and face to face interview stages. At every step in the process we continually cross reference and validate
all information.

A suite of recruitment and selections assessments are conducted including psychological assessment, where applicable. A reference guide is created based on the assignment specification and information attained during the interview process. The reference guide is used as a prompt form to ensure only information that is given by a referee is noted and the referee’s comments are not swayed. Nothing is assumed in our process.

Only candidates who are successful at each stage are considered.
